In a quiet condominium surrounded by greenery, just a few steps from the small, pretty centre of Morgex and only 5 minutes' drive from the well-known resorts of Pret Saint Didier (with its renowned thermal baths), La Thuile and Courmayeur, beautiful ski resorts. In Courmayeur you can take the brand new Skyline cable car up Mont Blanc and appreciate this wonder.

The condominium is very close to the main road

Parking spaces are available inside the condominium.
The space
The flat consists of two levels.
On the ground floor is the entrance hall, bathroom, kitchen and living room.
The bathroom is equipped with all the necessary shower, washbasin, bidet and toilet.
In one room there is a new, fully equipped kitchen (electric cooker, dishwasher, washer-dryer and microwave oven), a table with 4 chairs, a sofa and a TV. Outside there is a balcony with two wardrobes.
An internal staircase connects the two rooms.
Upstairs there is a large wardrobe, a double bed and two single beds, bedside tables and TV with WIFI connection.
The heating is shared and remotely controlled.
Access for guests
Access to the condominium is via an automatic gate. Inside, guests' cars can be left in a communal area.
A driveway leads to the two main doors equipped with an electronic key. The flat is located on the first floor.
There is no lift inside the condominium.
